During his time in the military, starting in 1984, Ricky honed his skills by conducting over 1000 inspections on various facilities, including residential properties, public assembly buildings, and flight-line facilities. His transition from the military to the home improvement industry spanned over a decade, further solidifying his expertise and passion for high-quality home inspection.

In 2017, Texas Pro Home Inspection was launched and has quickly evolved into a sought-after professional inspection service.
